POSEY Returns Policy

At POSEY, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • We do not offer exchanges — if you need a different item, please place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout

Return Process

  1. Contact or Use or Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for sending your item(s) back.

  3. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.

  • If applicable, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
